Where are The Alley locations?

We have two Austin-area locations: Cedar Park at 1468 E Whitestone Blvd #400, Cedar Park, TX 78613, and SW Austin at 12400 US-290 Suite 230, Austin, TX 78737. Cedar Park is open daily 10 AM – 10 PM and SW Austin is open daily 11 AM – 9 PM.

Do you cater or host private events?

Yes. We cater offices, parties, weddings and community events across greater Austin with tea by the gallon, pastry platters and full Deerioca setups. You can also book a venue buyout or private event at either location.

Yes, we do! You can easily order The Alley drinks and desserts for pickup or delivery through DoorDash. Our online ordering hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:40 PM, and your order is usually ready within minutes for quick pickup or fast delivery.

What are your hours?

Open daily, 10 AM – 10 PM. Holiday hours will be posted on Instagram and Google.

Can I customize sweetness, ice, and toppings?

Absolutely. Choose 0/25/50/75/100% sweetness and ice, and add toppings like Deerioca (brown sugar boba), pudding, and more at checkout.

Do you have caffeine-free or dairy-free options?

Yes-try Ube Taro Deerioca Milk (caffeine-free) and ask for dairy alternatives. Staff can guide you on allergens.

What are Anime-Inspired Specials?
